The final ditch effort…
Dear Jaimark Ordana,
I have troubleshot ever possible situation you have listed. I have optimized my system to your companies standards, and i still have this problem. If you cannot help me, please give my case to someone who can, or tell me my interface is broken. Tell me something that isn’t a form response that has nothing to do with my issue.
You have provided the worst customer service i think I have ever received and I am never, ever, ever going to buy another M-Audio or Avid product again, because of you. I look around this room, at all the M-Audio products I have, speakers, midi controllers, this interface that is giving me problems, and I want to sell them all, for fear that they will break and I will receive the kind of awful customer service assistance for those problems that i have received for this Firewire 410. You have contributed to countless headaches, and stripped quite a bit of the joy out of creating music for me over the last month.
I have nothing more to say other than I wish with every fiber of my soul that you will forward my issue to someone else in your company that can provide me with some sort of solution to my problem, no matter what it is.
